The menu of the restaurant at Hotel Bellevue is as impressive as the view. The kitchen is known for its first-class Swiss and international dishes. From traditional Swiss specialties to international delicacies, there is something for every palate. Fresh, local ingredients are carefully selected to ensure taste and quality.

Our kitchen team will please you with refined, seasonal and freshly prepared dishes. The vegetables and many herbs come directly from our vegetable garden. With a lot of love, the garden is personally cared for and tended by Judith. We will be happy to show you our " seedlings" on a tour.

Breakfast

from 7:30 to 10:00 

Included in breakfast:
Coffee, tea, milk, Ovaltine or chocolate, rolls, croissants, muesli and cereals, jam, honey, butter, hard-boiled eggs, ham, cold cuts, various Swiss cheeses, fruit juices, fruits and yogurt.

The bread is delivered every day from the baker in Wengen.

Hot dishes are not included in the breakfast price - discuss your wishes with our breakfast staff.

Lunch

from 12.00 to 14.00

Whether you are looking forward to lunch after a morning full of activities in the Alps or after a relaxing morning at the hotel, we are also happy to provide you with a snack at lunchtime.

Our hotel restaurant offers a small selection of delicious dishes that come from traditional Swiss dishes.

You can always have an ice cream or a hot waffle with us and enjoy all kinds of drinks with it.

Dinner at Judy's Restaurant

from 19.00

Standard is a 5-course menu CHF 58.--; but you can also choose only 3 courses from the whole menu CHF 45.--. Our small à la carte offer is served from 19.00 o'clock. We are looking forward to your reservation.

For half board we charge an additional CHF 45.-- per person per day. Holiday surcharge on 24/25/31 December CHF 20 per person. From time to time the menu dinner, costs CHF 51.--.

On warm summer evenings we serve dinner outside on the terrace with an amazing view of the Jungfrau and the Lauterbrunnen valley.

The Christmas and New Year's Eve menus 2022 will be created by our kitchen team from mid-December, last year's menus already give you an idea how it could be!

A la carte

Vegetarian / Allergy / Diet / Vegan offer

For example, if you are a vegetarian or have a food intolerance, it is best to let us know your wishes when you make your reservation so that we can inform the kitchen accordingly.

Allergy sufferers also feel comfortable with us: we give you our full attention.
Let us know if you are allergic to fruit, vegetables or sauces, or have allergies to additionals, juices or alcohol. We will be happy to cook you gluten- or lactose-free dishes or take care of other requests.

We also offer vegan menu.

Bar / TV room

You can have a drink at our bar at any time, be it at the bar itself, on the sun terrace, in the lounge or take your drink to your room or private balcony.

Our drinks offer is diverse from coffee, tea to soft drinks and spirits or a bottle of wine from our cellar.

Our bar can also be used as a TV room. Whether you want to follow the latest news, watch an exciting footbal match or prefer to follow the Lauberhorn race in front of the TV - you are very welcome here.

Christmas & New Year's Eve

By the way, Andi celebrates his birthday on December 25!

On New Year's Eve we decorate the house and serve after the offered aperitif a 6 to 7 course menu and shortly before midnight the dessert buffet.

Upon request, we will be happy to serve you the champagne to go with it, so you can toast the New Year.
