Our chef, Fimka (the woman in charge) will pamper you with delicious, seasonal, freshly prepared foods. Our vegetables and many herbs are from our own vegetable garden. Judith takes care of the garden and will show you around with pleasure.
Coffee, tea, milk, ovomaltine or chocolate; rolls, croissants, muesli, cereals, jam, honey, butter; boiled eggs, ham, salami, different Swiss cheeses; fruit juice, fruit and yogurt. Hot food is not included in the breakfast (ask our service staff when you have a special order). The bread is freshly delivered by our bakery every day.
As most of our guests spend their day outdoors, Judy's restaurant is only open between 12am and 1pm. Ice creams, waffles and drinks are always available.
A 5-course dinner is standard CHF 50.--, but you can also choose only 3 of the 5 courses CHF 39.--. Our small à la carte menus we serve also every evening. We are looking forward to your reservation.
The supplement for half-board is CHF 39.-- per person per day. Supplement for 24th/25th and 31st December CHF 20.-- per person per day. Occasionally our dinner is CHF 45.--.
On warm summer evenings we serve the dinner outside on the terrace with the view of the Jungfrau and the Lauterbrunnen Valley. There might even be a pink sunset!
The Christmas and New Year's Eve menus will be created by our kitchen team mid December, the last year's menus give you just an idea how it will be!
There is a bar where you can order a drink any time to drink there or on the sun terrace, in one of our lounges or to take up to your room or your balcony. Our beverage selection is wide. We offer coffee or tea, other hot and cold drinks, soft drinks, a daily drink or a splendid wine from our wine cellar.
If you are a vegetarian or you have any other special dietary needs please advise us when you book your stay so that we can inform the kitchen. Have a look at the menu at the latest after breakfast and please let us know if you wish to make any alteration for the evening.
People with a special diets or allergies are welcome at the Bellevue and we give them special attention. Please advise us if you are allergic to fruit, vegetables, dressings or alcohol, juices or additional ingredients. We will cook gluten free, lactose free or other special requests.
We celebrate Christmas traditionally with real candles on the Christmas tree and with a Christmas dinner. We invite you for an aperitif and pamper you with Christmas presents and goodies.
On New Years Eve we decorate the restaurant and serve an aperitif followed by a 6-7 course dinner and before midnight a dessert buffet. With pleasure we serve you Champagne to celebrate the New Year.
