Room reservation
You can make your booking by phone, email, fax or post.
We will send you our offer or confirmation by email, fax or letter. You can also book on-line if you have no questions to be answered.
As a guarantee we need your home address and credit card number. We do not ask for pre-payment.
Paying: Cash, travellers cheques or credit card.
Guests with allergies: Please tell us your special needs in your room or in the restaurant.
Luggage transfer:
Arrival: With our yellow, environment-friendly electric vehicle we will pick up your luggage from the Wengen station. Give us a call from the platform in Lauterbrunnen or Wengen (there is a pay-free phone at the hotel reservation board). Or you tell us your arrival time in advance.
Departure: We can check in your luggage at Wengen station to the airport or to the final destination (airport), depending on the airline. We can also get your boarding card with some airlines.
Ski and boot storage in the village centre
You can store your skis and boots for free in the storage of the intersport shop of Victor Gertsch over night (next to the Männlichen cable car)

Ski lessons with Andi CHF 210.-- half a day (3 hours) CHF 325.-- all day (5 hours).
Ski guiding with Andi CHF 140.-- half a day (3 hours), CHF 210.-- all day (5 hours)
You can hire toboggans with us and enjoy rides when you first go up by train, cable car or walk up the hill yourself. Depending on the snow conditions you can also toboggan down to Lauterbrunnen.
Whirlpool/Jacuzzi
Relax in the open air with breathtaking views of our mountains!
The Jacuzzi is outside on the terrace. You get bath rob and bath shoes. The temperature in winter is 38°- 40°C, in summer a bit colder. Enjoy a "Glühwein“ or a hot tea during your bath.
