Our chef will pamper you with delicious, seasonal, freshly prepared foods. The wine and cheese cellars are looked after by the owner himself.
Breakfast 7.45/7.30 until 10.00 am
There is coffee, tea, milk, ovomaltine or chocolate, rolls, croissants, muesli“, cereals, jam, honey, butter, boiled eggs, ham, salami, different Swiss cheeses, fruit juice, fruit and yogurt. Hot food is not included in the breakfast (you can order scrambled or fried eggs). The bread is freshly delivered by our bakery every day.
Dinner starts between 7.00 and 7.30 pm
A 5-course dinner is standard, but you can also choose only 3 of the 5-courses. Vegetarian meals are available. If you have any other special dietary needs please advise us when you book your stay so that we can inform the kitchen and they can be prepared. Have a look at the menu at the latest after breakfast and please let us know if you wish to make any alteration for the evening.
On warm summer evenings we serve the dinner outside on the terrace with the view of the Jungfrau and the Lauterbrunnen Valley. There might even be a pink sunset!
Lunch
As most of our guests spend their day outdoors, we only prepare light snacks between 12am and 1pm (like a soup, sandwiches or a salad) but ice creams, waffles and drinks are always available.
Bar
There is a bar where you can order a drink any time to drink there or on the sun terrace, in one of our lounges or to take it up to your room.
Our beverage selection is wide. We offer various kinds of tea, coffee, chocolate and other hot drinks, soft drinks (juices, mineral waters, etc.), spirits, and beer or try a splendid wine from our special wine cellar
Christmas
We celebrate Christmas traditionally with real candles on the Christmas tree and with a Christmas dinner. We invite you for an Aperitif and pamper you with the dessert buffet and Christmas presents. By the way on Christmas Day Andi celebrates his birthday!
Silvester (New Years Eve)
On New Years Eve we decorate the restaurant and serve after the offered Aperitif a 6-7 course dinner and before midnight the dessert buffet. With pleasure we serve you Champagne to celebrate the New Year.
Allergies
People with a special diets or allergies are welcome at the Bellevue and we give them special attention. Please advise us if you are allergic to fruit, vegetables, dressings or alcohol, juices or additional ingredients. We will cook gluten free or lactose free or other special requests.
